Please be aware Click & Collect orders may take up to 10 days to fulfil. We advise not to travel to your chosen store until you have been notified that your order is ready for collection.

We want to make shopping with Hargroves Cycles as convenient and easy as possible. That's why absolutely everything Hargroves Cycles is available via Click & Collect so you can order anything online and pick it up in any of our stores for FREE.

Once you've added all the items you're looking for to your cart click the basket icon in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. You can click view basket to review the contents of your basket and choose checkout to go straight to the checkout area.

Once you’ve decided where you want to collect your parcel from, checkout as normal using your preferred payment method. Once your order has arrived at your chosen collection location you will be notified via email to collect your purchase at your earliest convenience.

What do I need to collect my order?

Please bring with you your confirmation e-mail, a photo proof of ID (i.e. passport, driving licence), and proof of address. We will hold your order in store for 10 days, if you have any problems with getting to the store to collect your order please feel free to contact the collection store and we will happily extend this time where possible.
When can I collect my order?

If all items are in stock at the store of your choice your order will be ready within 24 hours and you will receive a txt message as soon as your items are ready to collect. tip: You can check stock at each of our stores on every single product page so if you are wanting to collect in a hurry please check the stock of each item before ordering! Items in stock across our stores - within 2-5 working days If the items are in stock at different Hargroves stores then your order will be ready to collect from your chosen store within 2-5 working day and you will receive a txt message as soon as your items are ready to collect. tip: You can check stock at each of our stores on every single product page so if you are wanting to collect in a hurry please check the stock of each item before ordering!
How will I know when my order is ready?

When your order is ready to collect from your chosen store we will send you a txt message to let you know. Ordered a bike? We will call you once you have placed your order to arrange a collection time.

Our Click & Collect service offers all the benefits of shopping online combined with specialist personal retail experience in one of our stores. Simply order your items, select Click & Collect and pick up your item at a time that's convenient for you. Best of all the service is completely FREE!

1. Add your items to your basket

Use our website to browse our catalogue of products with stock availability. When you find the item you want simply add it to your basket like you usually would.

2. Checkout using Click & Collect

Scroll down and choose Click & Collect as your delivery method. Enter your postcode at the checkout to find your closest store.

3. Choose the store of your choice and collect your items

Choose a store of your liking, click continue and complete the rest of our standard checkout steps and you’re ready to collect your item in store.

Frequently Asked Questions

When can I collect my order?

For items in stock at the chosen collection store, we will normally have your item ready to collect within 1-2 working days.

For items which are at the warehouse your order will be ready to collect in the time indicated on the website; or if at another store approximately 3 working days – please call in advance if you are making a long journey, just in case!

How will I know when my order is ready?

For every order we will send you an e-mail to let you know when your order is ready to collect. If you’ve ordered a bike we will contact you once you have placed your order to arrange a collection time.

If you wish to cancel your order or make any changes please contact the store directly, contact information can be found here. Please note, full refunds will be made via the original transaction made with our online team.
