Earn points every time you shop to spend in-store or online

Here at Hargroves Cycles, we think loyalty should be rewarded. Every time you shop with us in-store or online you'll earn 1% back in reward points to spend on your next purchase. Make sure you sign up to our newsletter to hear about bonus points events!

Logging in & linking your customer reward account

Please note online reward points will be available when your order has been dispatched. In-store points will be available immediately at the time of purchase

Navigate to your account

Step 1

Click on the icon in the top right of the page and click "Login to My Account"

Login to your account

Step 2

Enter your e-mail address and password to login to your account

Navigate to customer rewards area

Step 3

Under the "Customer Rewards" box, click the "Find out how to save now" button

Link your accounts

Step 4

Enter your password for your customer reward account (you should have received your password in an e-mail). If you have any problems logging in you can reset your password here. If you setup your account in-store, the same e-mail address will have to be used. Your accounts are now linked & you can spend your hard earned rewards!

Spending your reward points

It is not currently possible to pay in full with reward points (we're working on a fix). If you wish to do so, please contact customer services here and they will be able to manually create your order
